So 2018 has started and one of my new years resolutions is to update this blog as much as I can. So what better way to start than with a photo.
This photo was taken on New years day morning as the sun came up over Fukuyama in Japan. It was taken on a panasonic GX8 with a 45-200mm lens (90-400mm equivilent), zoomed in to 200mm at F5.6, at 1/1000 of sec. no image stabilzation, on a tripod with a remote trigger and manually focussed. It was a freezing but beautiful morning, I hope I can get up and whitness more like this as the year progresses.
In lightroom I changed the camera profile to camera standard, and adjusted the sharpening to my own tastes. The other edit I made was to remove some power lines and pylons as I thought they where too distracting. I hope you like it.
See you next time.
